These terms apply when you create an account, purchase a subscription or use a Gold Rate Status sample or generated design.

The service
Gold Rate Status creates branded promotional designs using rate information, shop details and media supplied by you. Delivery times are targets rather than guarantees and can be affected by upstream data, hosting, Telegram, WhatsApp or internet availability.
Rates and business decisions
Displayed gold and silver rates are indicative. You remain responsible for checking the selling rate, markup, weight unit, tax treatment and wording before publishing or relying on a design. The service is not financial, trading or investment advice.
Your content
You confirm that you have permission to use every logo, photograph, name and other asset you upload. You keep ownership of your content and grant us the limited permission needed to process it and produce your designs.
Payments and access periods
The complete fee is shown before checkout and collected through the selected payment provider. Current Razorpay purchases provide access for the selected monthly or annual period and do not renew automatically. A completed payment is refundable only where the refund policy or applicable law provides.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, infringing or abusive content, or attempt to bypass security, disrupt delivery or access another merchant's information. We may suspend access when necessary to protect the service or comply with law.
Liability and changes
To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or business results. We may update features and these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be posted here.
