This policy explains what information Gold Rate Status by GoldCraft collects and how it is used to provide daily branded rate designs.

Information we collect
We collect the account, billing and shop-profile information you provide, including your name, email, phone number, shop name, address, logo, photographs, chosen city, campaign settings and delivery configuration. We also retain limited technical and usage logs needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use it
We use this information to create your designs, calculate the correct city and unit display, deliver files to your configured channel, provide support, process subscriptions and improve reliability. We do not sell your personal information or customer lists.
Service providers
Payments may be processed by Razorpay and delivery may use Telegram or an approved WhatsApp provider. Hosting, email and analytics providers may process the minimum information required to perform their services under their own privacy terms.
Storage and security
Passwords are stored as secure hashes. Access to production systems is restricted, and data is retained only for as long as it is needed for the service, legal obligations, fraud prevention and dispute handling. No internet service can promise absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of your account information, subject to billing and legal retention requirements. You can also cancel delivery connections from your dashboard.
